Initiative Intention:

  • Partner with stakeholders to review SC system for needed enhancements

  • Ensure quality Support Coordination

  • Define foundational competencies of Support Coordination in order to elucidate the Support Coordination role and purpose

  • Develop a clearinghouse of resources and training materials organized by Competency area

  • Enhance consistency statewide in the professional development of Support Coordinators and the delivery of Support Coordination services
